General Manager, New opening Restaurant with rooms

£43,000-£45,000 per annum + £10K Tronc + bonus structure

• 45 hour working week
• 4 day working week

We are looking for an experienced and organised General Manager, preferably with Restaurant and hotel experience to lead this new venue opening just outside Hook Norton. Due to open in July/August 2025, they will be looking for get the right candidate on board as soon as possible in the run up to the grand opening. This concept will be using local & seasonal produce to provide and amazing. Undergoing a complete refurbishment, this beautiful, listed building will display incredible décor within and a stunning rear terrace which will attract local custom and tourists’ alike.
The right General Manager will have experience in a multi-faceted environment, business minded, understand great customer service, and will be very strong on P&L’s/Nominal Management. You will also be expected to train and build a great team in order to drive the business forward to great success.
