The Restaurant Zone is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our high-volume quick-service chicken restaurant concept. This key leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless, efficient, and profitable business. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures. Responsibilities Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing team. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations. Analyze operational reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in a high-volume QSR environment, preferably in a chicken restaurant concept. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and food quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
