As a General Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Holiday Inn Lexington, you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food services, and more.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability.
  • Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.
