General Manager – Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport is a well-established city airport hotel in Ho Chi Minh City with 348 keys, operating within a dynamic and competitive market environment. The property offers a full-service hospitality proposition with extensive accommodation, food and beverage, and meetings and events facilities, and is positioned for continued growth as airport infrastructure expands. We are seeking a high-calibre General Manager to lead the hotel’s overall business performance. This senior leadership role carries full accountability for operational excellence, commercial results, and brand delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong financial acumen, disciplined execution, and the ability to lead teams while effectively managing owner and stakeholder relationships. The Role Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel functions. Manage the day-to-day performance of a 348-key operation. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable financial performance. Execute brand standards and ensure consistent quality delivery. Lead, develop, and retain a strong management team and workforce. Build effective relationships with owners and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. About You Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader with full P&L responsibility. Demonstrated commercial and financial capability, with a track record of delivering results. Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain teams. Confident and structured leadership style with strong ability to coach, develop and engage teams. Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management capability. Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Fluent in English is essential; regional or Asia-Pacific experience is advantageous.
