Midway Bowl is a newly renovated family entertainment center in Carlisle, PA. Featuring modern bowling lanes, axe throwing, arcade games, and a full-service restaurant and bar, we are committed to creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for families, friends, and the community.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive revenue growth, and foster a strong culture of hospitality and teamwork.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

• Maintain high service standards to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to increase community engagement and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and hold staff accountable.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for hospitality and creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
