GENERAL MANAGER - MUST DRIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and inspire the team, manage budgets, and drive the continued success and reputation of the hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the smooth running of daily hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards of service throughout.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team, ensuring strong communication and effective teamwork.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and yield management strategies.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Work closely with owners to implement long-term plans and development projects.
