Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll partner with leaders to embed a culture of Zero Harm, innovation, and care across our operations in Health, Defence, Justice, and Community Services. In this influential role, you will: Champion a holistic approach to safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple sites and disciplines. Build meaningful partnerships with executive leaders to shape safer workplaces. Ensure our systems and processes meet the highest international standards.
