JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Human Resources (Consulting) to lead our HR consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR consulting with a solid track record of designing and implementing people solutions across various industries. This role combines strategic leadership, client advisory, project management, and team supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting or advisory capacity.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or PHRI are strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage client expectations, and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment.
