QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

• HVAC certification (EPA, NATE, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle installation projects for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Train and mentor technicians to uphold Einstein Pros’ high standards.
• Manage customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper equipment and materials are available.
• Maintain compliance with local and national safety regulations.
