We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to take the reins at Ibis Northampton Centre, a 151-bedroom city-centre hotel in the heart of Northampton. Set in the heart of Northampton, the hotel is within easy reach of various attractions including Northampton Saints rugby union club (one mile away) and Silverstone Circuit (about 15 miles away). Brackmills Industrial Park is around a 10-minute drive. Job Description YOUR ROLE: • Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards. • Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ibis and Accor standards• • Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow. • The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours • Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms and F&B Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: • This is the perfect first-time General Manager opportunity for a strong hospitality leader ready to take the next step. • Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills. • Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
