GENERAL MANAGER IN TRAINING

We are hiring a talented General Manager in Training who strives for leadership excellence and is highly motivated by our thriving, performance-driven culture.
As a GMIT, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect dining experience for our guests through leadership, development, and a variety of industry-leading tools and strategies to manage all aspects of the operation. Five years of restaurant management experience is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years in a restaurant management role
• Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
• Familiar with and comfortable leading 10+ team members per shift
• Financial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• QSR Trend Awareness
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
