Description The Big Task You will lead and inspire an ideal home services company with the best in the business working with you. Key Sub Tasks Value Creation & Growth Driver. Partner with General Managers to drive revenue growth and margin expansion at Flint brands. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales operations. Partner with General Managers to build industry­ best culture & engagement. Work closely with brand leadership to build and develop high-performing teams. Learn & Deploy Flint Playbook & Management Approach. Become a subject matter expert on Flint’s playbook to drive change by deploying the overall philosophy. Evaluate and improve training experiences for field employees and office employees. Train and develop others in the organization on the playbook and how to implement best practices. Work as a member of the leadership team to continuously refine our operations roadmap and vision. Partner with the General Manager to build and lead strong and efficient teams. Hire, Retain, and develop top talent. Establish credibility and strong working relationships with Flint’s senior leadership team. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in industry training programs to learn effectivesales, office operations, field operations, and customer service best practices. Participate in development events with Flint leadership team (i.e., roundtable events, 1:1 coaching, group training, etc.). Requirements Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. Be detail-oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
