THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a General Manager to launch and lead our new Issaquah location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building out the team, driving production, oversee the P&L and deliver on Integrity’s commitment to excellence at every level. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support sales growth, ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction, and serve as a key representative of the Integrity brand in this new market.
This is not a behind-the-scenes leadership role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front—comfortable in homes, on job sites, and alongside crews. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with team members while also managing key business operations.
You won’t be building in a vacuum—our Poulsbo team will provide hands-on support and serve as a training and operational resource. You’ll have access to the systems, processes, and proven models that have driven Integrity’s success, along with a team that’s invested in helping you get this new location off the

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Issaquah branch including sales, project supervision, production, and warehouse coordination.
  • Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at a high level and represent the Integrity brand.
  • Own branch-level P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth through smart leadership and execution.
  • Maintain strong field visibility and be actively involved in daily operations and job sites.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Act as the primary site leader, serving as the go-to for staff support and escalation.
