At Visy Logistics, we do logistics differently. We’re looking for an experienced and driven leader to take the helm of our Intermodal operations – overseeing our existing footprint across Sydney, Melbourne, and Regional NSW, while charting the next phase of establishing national footprint.

• Lead the growth and optimisation of our intermodal operations across Sydney, Melbourne, and regional NSW with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to establish and scale intermodal operations in other Australian states.
• Champion a safety-first culture across all sites, ensuring adherence to HSE legislation and internal protocols.
• Deliver commercial and service outcomes that align with customer expectations and Visy’s values.
• Partner with Transport, Commercial, and Site Operations teams to ensure end-to-end delivery efficiency.
• Oversee site leadership teams, creating a high-performing, engaged workforce.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance across the division.
• Lead and support transformation initiatives, technology enablement, and national alignment of processes.
