OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced drink service environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bar management, with a focus on drink preparation, customer service, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a positive work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in bar/restaurant management or related field within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (SpotOn POS) and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in training & development of staff members for enhanced performance.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred.
