We’re looking for an enthusiastic General Manager and passionate hands-on leader, who thrives in both the operational and human side of hospitality, to lead a special neighborhood restaurant.
Isetta Café Bistro is more than just a café / coffee shop. • Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Conduct interviews and training for new hires, fostering team management and development.
• Implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety practices.
• Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food handling and presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest experience.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Experience in supervising staff within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both staff and customers.
• Background in hotel or barista experience is a plus. This position requires dedication to maintaining high operational standards while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
