REQUIREMENTS

• Serving It Right Certification
• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality management including overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests, and balancing seating capacity
• Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

• Providing leadership and development for the team
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
• Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
• Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
• Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
