We are seeking a General Manager to live our purpose of: Sharing our Passion for People and
Spirits at our new Kitsilano location!

• Ensure JAK’S brand promises are consistently delivered: Unique product selection, outstanding service, unmatched in-store experience.
• Facilitate a fun work environment by bringing a fun energy to work to energize the team and inspire others to do the same.
• Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists
• Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team.
• Ensure all JAK’S standards are met and exceeded, resulting in an outstanding retail experience.
• Participate in the hiring process by collaborating with the store manager and/or the Director of Human Performance on new hires
• Communicate and achieve budgeted key performance indicators within the team for your store
• Create and implement customer-focused business strategiesParticipate in the performance management proces
