Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape a hotel from the ground up. As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations—building the team, setting the standard, and leading with energy, excellence, and a guest-first mindset.
You will drive performance across rooms and F&B, lead a small but highly engaged team, and create a culture that reflects the boutique spirit: authentic, creative, and memorable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the pre-opening phase: systems, hiring, processes, and service philosophy
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across rooms, guest services, and F&B
  • Curate and drive a distinctive guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Deliver a unique food & drink offering Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and community engagement strategies
  • Recruit, train, and nurture a passionate, high-performing team
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and regulatory standards
