We are currently recruiting for an experienced general manager to lead our team at our brand new restaurant on the thriving Ormeau Road
Good work initiative, time keeping and positive attitude required. Having a passion for the hospitality industry and strong customer service is a must.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Driving Standards
  • increasing turnover
  • working towards set targets
  • Roster and supervise bar staff with the ability to motivate your team
  • Place stock orders and manage inventory
  • Till and counter service
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern
  • Good work initiative, time keeping and positive attitude required.
  • Opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
  • Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
  • Resolving customers’ questions and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
  • Stock orders when required.
  • Sourcing better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing.
  • Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
