The General Manager is the restaurant’s most senior leader and is responsible to develop and facilitate the required capabilities to deliver results at their restaurant. The General Manager plans and directs all restaurant day-to-day operations and is accountable for key financial and performance measures, including sales, service recovery, health & safety, cleanliness inspections, guest experience, and employee engagement & retention.

• Create detailed operational and strategic plans that align with company goals.
• Scheduling, team building and leadership
• Execute and follow through on all restaurant plans with measurable milestones and timelines.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of plans and adjust based on results and feedback.
• Communicate all initiatives, progress, challenges, and wins with ownership and regional managers.
