Job Overview The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of KOA by Kyma, ensuring that the property meets our standards for excellence in service, amenities, and guest experience. This position requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team of hospitality professionals, while also engaging with guests to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Direct all operational aspects of the hotel including, but not limited to, guest services, F&B operations, housekeeping, and sales & marketing. Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, implementing programs to enhance the customer experience. Manage financial performance by developing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring performance aligns with targets. Recruit, train, and oversee a talented team, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development. Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and community stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all hotel operations. Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role. Proven track record of successfully leading hotel operations, including strong financial acumen. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong guest service orientation. Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek or other languages is a plus. Strong understanding of hotel marketing and revenue management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A dynamic, friendly, and collaborative work environment.
