REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing a pub or hospitality venue
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering excellent food and drink experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and 1 weekend off in 4

• Lead and manage all aspects of pub operations, including staff management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee stock management, ordering, and deliveries
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high food standards
• Develop daytime trade and engage with the local community
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and efficient operational processes
