Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. - Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure a high-performance team aligned with the hotel’s standards and values. - Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses to maximize profitability. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. - Foster positive relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness. - Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
