REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an executive level hotel management position at a premium branded property.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management an asset.
• Prior major brand experience an asset, prior Hotel GM experience an asset.
• strong knowledge and understanding of the Greater Vancouver and Richmond hotel market.

The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations including maximizing revenues and market share, marketing, hiring, providing exceptional guest service, and establishing a quality team of managers and staff to drive revenue and the bottom-line performance.
