When London is buzzing with big events,The Nags Head is at the very heart of the action.
The venue trades over two busy floors and boasts an enviable outside drinking area that makes the most of the Covent Garden atmosphere. There are also exciting plans to convert one of the upper floors into boutique-style rooms,following the success of similar developments at The King’s Arms and The Spice of Life.
As the company’s highest sales-taking and most profitable site,The Nags Head has delivered consistently exceptional results for years. But this is far from a “maintenance” role — there’s significant untapped potential,especially in developing and expanding the food offer.
The ideal General Manager candidate must have experience of running a site with high-volume food from a branded menu. London experience is preferable,however previous experience working within a high-volume tourist market is also advantageous.
