This position will report to the Regional Manager and will collaborate closely with the rest of the executive leadership team and ownership. 🌟 What You'll Do: Lead a team of rockstars to deliver fast, friendly, and fantastic service Keep operations running smoothly — from scheduling and training to inventory and ordering Create a fun, positive, and productive work vibe Handle guest concerns like a pro, always with a smile Keep things fresh — food quality, team energy, and customer experience Smash sales goals, control costs, and help us grow 🥑 What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurants 2+ years in a leadership or management role (assistant managers count!)
