MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, general business, retail or equivalent experience
  • Licensing Required
  • Food safety certification or ability to obtain and maintain
  • Experience
  • Seven years of experience in the retail industry incorporating a variety of management experiences
  • Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A hospitable, service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Sound understanding of retail operations
  • Knowledge and aptitude of financial reporting systems and concepts
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to delegate and follow through
  • Ability to hold team accountable to standard expectations
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse facility
