The person we are seeking has experience in both new and used vehicle sales, finance, sales training, and a proven track record in large store management. Manages customer service and customer retention Supervises and monitors the performance of department managers and sales consultants Establishes objectives with Sales Manager, F& I Managers, and Sales Consultants Reviews monthly forecasts, commission sheets, productivity reports, and the profit performance of each department as a whole and each salesperson individually Audits repair orders for used vehicles as needed Studies local market conditions, demographics, and past sales history and makes recommendations on sales/ leasing advertisements Supports other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership Merchandises and manages new inventory and used vehicle inventory Who We Are: Lynch is a family-owned group of Automotive Dealerships and Commercial Truck Centers that has been operating for over 65 years! Requirements 5+ years' dealership experience required Must have a strong operational experience (front and back end) including fixed and variable Ability to understand company financials ( P&L) and inventory control Advocate of an engaging company culture including experience with employee retention Provide an exceptional customer service experience Positive leadership with intensity Proven track record of success Proficient communication and written skills Motived self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill required
