Course of training About us Your area of responsibility Operational leadership and management responsibility for the Portugal Hub in Porto Hands-on coordination of day-to-day operations with a strong focus on practical execution Leadership of the local office and future field teams, including MCE and rotor blade service teams Close interface with the German headquarters and alignment on operational, commercial and organizational topics Coordination of external advisors and partners, especially for legal, payroll and compliance matters Management of external service providers for training, workwear, equipment and other operational needs Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with external service providers and partners Problem-solving in a dynamic environment and ensuring smooth processes for local and field operations Was erwartet dich?
