Job Summary: The Hopewell Inn is seeking a Full-Time team-oriented candidate for the General Manager position. Ideal candidate must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. Candidate must also be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays. Essential Functions: Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef Maintain a very clean work environment Monitor day-to-day events of restaurant Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc.) and any errors Coach and support new and existing staff members Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant Weekly trip to the bank Oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for.
