You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity. Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothly Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takes Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!
