GENERAL MANAGER, MANUFACTURING PLANT

ReConserve of Ohio, Inc., Marion has over 80 years of experience – is the largest, most experienced recycler of bakery, cereal grain, snack foods, and related food by-products in the United States. We provide sanitary, efficient removal and recycling services to the food and feed manufacturing industries nationwide.
General Manager (GM) experience with complete hands-on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service control of the facility, looking for STRONG tenure, and there is no relocation – local talent only.
Serving as a positive and motivating leader of a team of well experienced co-workers.
This position will ensure manufacturing / on-time delivery activities in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will manage personnel/office staff, as well as interface with various departments and customers. Hand-on grain or feed manufacturing, customer service and on-time delivery are keys to success.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 5-years of experience with current employer, professional stable employment tenure is required;
5 or more years of production manufacturing experience with current employer;
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred;
No relocation – local talent only;
