The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for coffee, good food and people. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations while fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers.

  • Proven experience in hospitality management
  • Proactive, independent, and calm under pressure
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse and dynamic team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work culture.
  • Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Background in serving and barista roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Work closely with owners and staff on planning, systems, and performance
  • Manage and supervise all staff, including FOH servers, baristas and kitchen staff to maintain efficient production.
  • Train and mentor team members in hospitality standards.
  • Monitor inventory, stock and financial budgets and margins
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment that adheres to safety standards.
