ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re all about inspiring confidence and awakening futures for our members As the General Manager - Member Strategy and Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Members Line of Business, which includes key strategies to achieve enterprise objectives and the transformation roadmap that supports our ambition to be world class in member and digital experience by 2030. Your expertise will also drive the overarching governance, risk, and performance framework for the Members Line of Business, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Member Experience Officer, you’ll also lead and mature the Insights function, transforming the Voice of Customer program, and using insights and advanced analytics to maximise business value. You’ll inspire and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that thrives on innovation and excellence.
This role is permanent opportunity. While ideally based in Brisbane, we’re open to Sydney based candidates as well.
