Job Description Lead the repositioning of our iconic brand and drive operational excellence in this exciting new role. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to define target segments and brand positioning. Oversee property operations, leading onsite teams and aligning with corporate functions. Develop and execute programs aligned with the refreshed Elysia brand and guest profiles. Partner with teams to set brand standards and enhance guest experience to boost NPS. Revamp Food & Beverage offerings and launch the Elysia restaurant for public and patron use. Work with commercial teams to create annual action plans. Drive upselling and sundry sales strategies across retail and rooms. Identify and introduce high-profit market segments. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. 5+ years in a similar role, with proven success in developing and scaling wellness programs. Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing wellness or property program budgets. Proven change management expertise, delivering timely support and guiding teams through transitions. Exceptional leadership and team management, inspiring and motivating diverse teams. Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
