We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day business functions, managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior operational leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, financial reporting, and customer service principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Flexible to work.
