Qualifications Must-Have: At least 5 years’ international experience in Hotel General Manager in Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury position. Pre-opening and Opening experience. Previous Experience on Split marketplace is a plus Strong Food & Beverage background. Fluent in English. In addition, Croatian language knowledge is an advantage Your experience and skills include as well: Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement. High level of leadership skills, business & people orientation, autonomy and strong decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, team management Service and quality minded character. Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships.
