Kato Moving & Storage is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations in Mankato, MN. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.

SKILLS:

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with logistics management software.
