JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pharmacy locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmacy industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

SKILLS

· Proven leadership experience in a retail or healthcare environment (pharmacy experience strongly preferred)
· Post-secondary education in business
· Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance in Nova Scotia
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
· Demonstrated experience in financial management and strategic planning
· Ability to travel regularly between store locations
· Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

· Oversee all retail pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and corporate standards
