Job Title: (Paratransit General Manager)  Location: Cleveland, OH  Employment Type: Full-Time   Pay Range:$60,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Position Summary  We are seeking an experienced Paratransit General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery for our contracted paratransit division in Cleveland. This role oversees staff, performance, safety, compliance, and client relations while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily paratransit operations and ensure contractual performance. * Manage supervisors, drivers, dispatch, and administrative staff. * Maintain compliance with ADA, DOT, FTA, and client standards. * Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, complaints, and staffing. * Address customer concerns, service issues, and incidents promptly. * Lead hiring, training, staffing, and employee performance management. * Manage operational budget and ensure accurate reporting. * Promote safety, professionalism, and strong employee relations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * 3–4 years of management experience in paratransit or transportation. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage fast-paced operations and make sound decisions. Work Environment * Mix of office and field work. * Occasional evenings or weekends required.
