We are looking for a General Manager to help open and manage a brand-new active entertainment leisure venue in Tunbridge Wells.
The brand has venues all over the U.K. and has been delivering incredibly fun and varied gaming experiences to children and adults for more than 30-years. They continue to invest in new technology and product development to ensure they remain market leaders for years to come.

The role:

• Inspire, coach and develop your team of Assistant Manager, Duty Managers, Party Hosts and crew members to always deliver an incredible customer experience.
• Take the lead on new enquiries for birthday party bookings, adult/group bookings, corporate and team building events.
• Oversee all venue operations including staff scheduling, equipment/facility maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness.
• Always available and visible to your customers and team during peak times, competently resolving issues if they arise.
• Manage stock control and supplier relationships.
• Working predominantly afternoons, evenings and weekends with shifts up to 9pm.
• Always striving to achieve 5-star reviews.
