Are you ready to lead the launch of North London’s most exciting new leisure destination?
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven General Manager to take the reins of a brand-new, state-of-the-art leisure hospitality venue opening soon in Brent Cross. This high-profile launch will be the flagship location for a rapidly growing brand in the leisure and entertainment sector.
We’re looking for an energetic leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences and the operational expertise to manage a high-volume venue and a large, dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a successful launch and establishing the venue as the go-to leisure destination in the area
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team across all departments
  • Driving commercial success through exceptional guest service, strong operational standards, and sharp financial management
  • Owning the full guest journey, ensuring a premium and memorable experience for all
  • Building strong local partnerships and community engagement to raise the venue’s profile

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within leisure, hospitality, or visitor attractions
  • Track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Ideally, you’ve opened a new venue before and know what it takes to launch with impact
  • Passionate, hands-on, and commercially savvy
  • Motivated by performance and ready to take ownership of a flagship site
