As we prepare for this next chapter, we are searching for a passionate and highly experienced General Manager to lead Sale e Pepe Mare from pre-opening to launch and beyond. This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong pre-opening background, a deep understanding of Italian hospitality, and a proven ability to build, inspire, and manage a world-class team.

• Embody the Sale e Pepe hospitality ethos, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.
• Build relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and industry partners, strengthening the brand’s reputation.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Events teams to drive promotions, activations, and exclusive experiences.
• Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring a warm and engaging atmosphere.

THE ROLE:

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the pre-opening process, working closely with senior leadership to establish Sale e Pepe Mare as one of London’s most exciting new dining destinations. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless opening, leading a passionate team, and ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional.
