QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years of experience leading software sales and GTM functions, particularly across Southeast Asia or APJ markets
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth, P&L ownership, and scaling tech businesses regionally
  • In-depth knowledge of regional enterprise software ecosystems, such as local enterprise clients, distributors, channel partners, and regulatory landscapes
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As General Manager, you will lead our sales, operations, and market entry efforts across the APJ region. You’ll build and drive regional growth strategies and operate as the commercial lead—ensuring revenue targets, P&L accountability, and regional partnerships are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead business development and regional go-to-market strategies to support foreign software companies entering SEA/APJ
  • Manage regional P&L, budgets, and financial performance goals
  • Oversee operations, including cross-functional coordination (e.g., marketing, sales, partner alliances) to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regional buying behaviors to inform strategy and positioning
  • Build and manage a high-performing regional team; recruit, mentor, and develop local talent
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders—partners, regional customers, regulatory bodies
  • Report to the leadership board with regular updates on strategic initiatives and performance metrics
