We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and purpose driven manager to deliver artful hospitality at KAI Asian Bistro & Lounge.
KAI Lounge brings an exceptional combination of premier nightlife-driven hospitality, elevated cocktails and an exquisite menu.

We are looking for a Manager with the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years minimum experience at upscale restaurant/hotel/lounge establishments
• Late nights/weekend availability REQUIRED
• Food Handlers and TABC Certifications
• Compliance with all local, state and federal liquor laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to LFC standards
• Knowledge of nightlife operations and beverage service
• Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as it applies
• Knowledge of special and private events

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
