The General Manager (GM) for NoMad Hotel Singapore is a visionary leader who embodies the brand’s distinctive blend of refined hospitality, culinary excellence, and design-forward luxury. The GM curates an immersive guest experience, drives operational success, and fosters a culture of creativity and excellence that aligns with NoMad’s unique ethos. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep appreciation for art and culture, and a passion for delivering world-class service with a personal touch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with experience in boutique hotels or independent-minded brands.
  • A minimum of 10 years of hotel management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, with a deep understanding of NoMad’s dining-centric philosophy.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing boutique hospitality profitability models.
  • Demonstrated ability to create exceptional, tailored guest experiences that foster loyalty.
  • Passion for design, culture, and immersive hospitality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a dynamic and collaborative leadership style.
