Job Description
Frette is seeking a General Manager, North America to oversee and manage all commercial divisions of Frette within North America, including all Retail, Contract/Trade, third-party Distributors/Wholesale partners, and Hospitality. The individual is responsible for P&L’s for each business unit while ensuring the efficient and distinct strategy for the operations to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration. This individual must be a hands-on, self-starting, and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success and extensive experience with developing and executing commercial strategies for B2C and B2B markets, luxury experience preferred.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Must be resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution-seeker.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork and communication to drive success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 35%.

    The Salary Range for this role is $225,000 - $250,000 per year.
