We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our vibrant community. This on-site leadership role is responsible for the daily operations of Normandy Living, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support in a place they are proud to call home. You’ll be accountable not only for resident experience, but also for running the business - leading a multidisciplinary team, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll set the tone for a culture grounded in care, trust, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

· Considerable experience leading multi-departmental operations; in a Hospitality or a senior-related field is preferred.
· Experience with, or a passion for supporting older adults; in a home care or healthcare setting is an asset.
· Experience with accreditation processes such as CARF or other quality assurance programs is an asset.
· Experience leading teams through collaboration, accountability and shared purpose.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
· Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and oversee complex day-to-day operations.
· Strong communication skills to speak clearly and confidently and listen with empathy.
· Strong judgement to balance business objectives with prioritizing resident satisfaction and dignity.
· Comfortable adapting to change and managing unexpected situations.
