As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s day-to-day success and its long-term vision. You will:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
• Oversee all operational aspects, from guest experience to financial performance.
• Work closely with our executive chefs and mixologists to ensure our modern Japanese- and Chinese-inspired menu and cocktail program remain industry-leading.
• Drive sales and profitability, meeting ambitious targets while maintaining our commitment to excellence.
• Foster a culture of passion, creativity, and high standards, ensuring Luxello Hospitality becomes synonymous with world-class dining.
